Diarrhoea sickness

My daughter has diarrhoea and sickness as she has just came back form another country she was fine over there but it started as soon as she got back to the uk

If she has a fever take her in right away--she could have anything like salmonella, C-Diff, diverticulitis, Giardia etc. if treated early with antibiotics they can be easily mitigated. Hydration is key with electrolytes,

Gatorade or Pedialite (the name in the states)

Bananas, white rice, toast to eat if she can.

If it lasts longer than a few days take her in anyway and insist she be tested for those things as if left can cause damage.

Hopefully it's your average travelers diarrhea and will pass!'n

Hi sometimes the heat and travelling can set off the little ones tummies - my daughter had upset tummy when we came back off holiday. Could just be a bug she picked up - keep up fluids and rest. Normally tummy bug lasts 24-48 hours but if your concerned ring NHS x
