Hey guys i get dark stools and constipated. I am juicing twice a week celery spinach apples. Any one have this?? X

all i can say...dark stools can happen from blood or spinach. If you are cleared from no blood...I would check that out. Try fodmap diet, and Mago7 for constipation...read all reviews...works better than anything i have ever found. you have to find dose for you. It really works I will use it for the rest of my life. No chemicals, magnesium is ROS oxyginated, does not really go into blood stream. Take two hours after dinner, sleep well, no cramps wake up and go...thats it.
