I have so many things wrong with my stomach, and any organ in it's vacinity. I heard something about silicone gel. Does anyone know what it is, or what it does to be helpful?

hi I think you might mean silicol gel I take this and it works for me. I started off a tablespoon before meals but now just one tablespoon every morning and sometimes I leave it off for a day. It had really helped me but I know its not for everyone but worth a try. You can get it from Holland and Barratt hope this helps. X

I tried it, it's not cheap. It worked for a few weeks and then went back to normal :(

I found Fybogel to be better for me x

I've tried Silicon Gel and it helped for a while but alot of things with my ibs tend to turn against me so I have left it out for a bit but I would recommend it .
