Hi I'm new to the site ! I had a really bad 'episode' last night of sickness and tummy cramps! Just wondered if anyone else gets the waves of extreme tiredness after an 'attack' ?? I always manage to sleep for at least 12 hours after passing out in pain !

Sickness, surely thats a stomach bug not IBS
