I find that I am usually quite tired throughout the day but much more so after eating? Can anyone recommend an addition to my diet that may perk me up a little bit? Or maybe tell me if I need to be more aware of anything in particular?

Tiredness after eating.
You could try taking a CQ10 and also a multi vitamin and mineral tablet in case you are lacking in these. CQ10 is a well known pick me up and if you ask for it in a health shop they will know this product well.
Also try and keep yourself busy doing interesting things, difficult if you are at work I know. I find if I have a day when I don't have much planned I'm very lethargic.
Also look at your diet and perhaps Google foods that give you energy.
Hope you soon have more energy.

I'm heading out tomorrow and CQ10 is on the list Could I get it from Boots or do I need to be somewhere more health orientated? I'm pretty much willing to try anything now. I'm 23 and struggling to keep my eyes open!
Thank you for your advice. I am looking into my diet more now. Considering the low-FODMAP route!
Hope you're well
H&B healthstore sell CQ10, guess Boots probably do too.
If you are feeling extremely tired I think it's important that you see your GP and perhaps have some blood tests. You could possibly have an underactive thyroid.
Take a power nap but time it
do you eat sweet things? Im intolerant of sugar and instead of giving me energy it makes me tired. So if you eat things with sugar in, it may be that.
I do have a sweet tooth even though I have problems with some sugars. I could be spiking and crashing. Can you suggest any tasty low-sugar snacks for vegetarians? I'd like to try something new
Hi. It might be worth keeping a food diary and see if there are any triggers in that, as I pretty much pass out after eating food I'm intolerant to and get extremely tired and lethargic. It might not be that serious but I found that helped.
