Hi there

I have had IBS D for two years now and often struggle if I have to go on a journey and especially away on holiday. I get very worked up which makes my symptoms worse.

I have just discovered Bimuno Travel Aid pastilles, and recently used them for a lengthy holiday. They did seem to help a lot and amazingly I didn't have any IBS troubles. I am still taking them to finish the packet.

My question is can I carry on taking them on a long term basis as they are certainly helping with my confidence if I go out.

Any advice would be welcome.

I found they were beneficial as well. I don't think there's any problem with continuing to take them. I'm not sure if it's a different formulation or just an alternative way of branding but they also do Bimuno IBAID specifically for general GI complaints.

Have you tried your own intolerance tests to see if there is a particular food group that causes your symptoms ?
