I need information on anout getting a radar key

Hi i have a 15 year old disabled son who cannot go to public toilets on his own and toniht i got into trouble for taking him into the ladies toilets how do i get a radar key i would be grateful if i could have some advice

I have just bought one and tried to use it in the town centre but it would not work. It said on the door only available at certain times 3 days a week.
