I'm always bloated from the constipation but i've had a BM and my bloating is still there but it's a lot more squishy and soft than normal (very hard when constipated) it feels like i'm full of liquid - anyone know why and what i can do about it?

Squiggle4 Try Traditionial Teas. They have a Bloating Tea for when you are like that.if not bloating tea,try ginger or chamomile. Some people say peppermint tea is very good,if I dont have indigestion. Pls check out Heathers IBS WEBSITE. HOW TO EAT FOR IBS.

GOOD LUCK.

PS: Try plenty of warm water.
