Its like the anus feels "warm" after a normal bowel movement (don't eat spicy food) and then feels like there's pressure there or pushing out feeling after a bowel movement. No straining or constipation, no blood.
Sometimes uncomfortable to sit.
I had GI perform rectal exam and found nothing abnormal.
Anyone experience this?
Any insight? Any diagnosis you've received?

I have prolapses of the bowel and get a lot of pressure. Don't want to worry you. You have had an examination so you should be ok. I do get that warm feeling after a bowel movement. Go back to your doctor or hospital and let them know again.x
I haven't had children either. My had a prolapse bowel. I was constipated for years and I think this hasn't helped. I'm waiting on a refferal for a gastroligish. I'm under a bowel surgeon. Just repeating lots of tests again. Got feedback this week. Had that 5 times before, never worked then. I'm sure it's not going to help now. I will tell the nurse that. I had a colonoscopy yrs ago. For something else. How are you doing now ?
I'm so glad you posted this as i am experiencing the same problem at the moment, I have tried so many creams but nothing g works. I am OK sometimes but as soon as I have a bowel movement it's starts again and lasts for days. Please let us know if you managed to find a answer. Best wishes.
I also get this warm heavy feeling, especially after even an easy bowel movement. My groins ache all the time now and I sometimes get a sharp shooting pain straight up the anus!! I also get a stabbing pain in left groin (no lumps) so not a hernia. I do have piles internal and out. Have not bled for about 6 months but did last week. I am worried cos not like usual piles bleeding. I am seeing my doctor 3rd April. I am dreading another colonoscopy. Hope it don't come to that. I will keep you posted
Your doc will likely give you peace of mind. It's reassuring that you've been examined before, it seems you have had a colonoscopy already. How long ago?
Was your doctor able to feel the *internal* piles?
I get that sharp pain up the B...Really painful. I pray it's goes off. The last time it lasted over an hour. What a relief when it eases. I don't think it's anything to worry about.
Yes I saw a physio about 10 years ago and was given internal massage for tight ilio sars muscles. I do sometimes get pain when sitting especially if I lean forward. Most people with constipation are advised to put their feet up in fetal position, but I find it easier to lean back it's odd?
Sorry a bit late in responding. I have this too and was diagnosed with Tenesmus. I don't know exactly if this is what you are feeling but just thought I would put it out there. I hope you get it all sorted out. I am being prescribed medication (Bentyl and Levsin) for "anal spasms" as I have a very weak pelvic floor. I feel no urge "to go" and when I sit it is very sensitive..but the meds are helping.
