Hi I've tried so many different things to help my ibs, I'm badly constipated and feeling nauseous quite a lot of the time. My doctor has prescribed constella 290, has anyone had good results? Also in the side effects it mentions stomach flu symptoms, has anyone had that side effect and if so to what extent? Thanks
