I've been off coffee for over a week (huge step for me) and have had 2.5 really good days. Is coffee a trigger for anyone else?

Coffee issues?
Caffeine is renowned for speeding up bowel activity. This isn't necessarily a bad thing for me, my morning coffee helps keep me regular. But I avoid it if I'm going to be travelling anywhere X
Hi, I had to come off coffee about 5 years ago, and then all caffeine about 3 years ago. I had a migraine for about 3 days after giving up caffeine altogether but it made a huge difference to my IBS! Decaff tea and coffee tastes just as good

Is coffee the issue or the caffeine the issue? I've done caffinated tea a few days with no issues.
I found it was the caffine in coffee that upset me so now all my drinks( including dizzy drinks) are caffine free. Also artificial sweetner is a bad one too but you can't buy many full sugar drinks these days as its "not as healthy for us". Coffee can still stimulate a bowel movement so now if I'm slightly constipated I still have caffine free but just make it stronger.
I drink decaf tea and rarely have coffee but it is decaf if I do. I find caffeine makes me feel very shaky and definitely upsets the stomach.
I can't cope with fizzy drinks either.
