PLZ SUGGEST SONE IBS SOLUTION

I am Feroz. I have ibs problem since 9 years. I went to university and lived in a hostel. Eat mess food there abd got this problem. i feel bloated every time and also have costipation.Plz suggest how i can get rid of this

Try fybogel - if you take 2 sachets a day it can help with constipation! also mint tea and hot water in general can help with bloating! I hope this helps
