Try gripe water used for baby's colic or a nightcap of hot whiskey and water to get rid of it as you sleep

I have. Been diagnosed with Dysbiosis. Ask your dictor about this, perhaps look it up on the net.

My doc gave me peppermint oil capsules & these have helped with my bloating
