I have IBS and Joint Hypermobilty Syndrome (which I know can be linked) and I just joined to compare other people's experiences and share advice...same as everyone I guess!

I developed IBS (D) when I had my first baby, born by c-section (as was my 2nd).

Joint Hypermobilty runs in my family, with my eldest daughter having it too. I am vegetarian and would love to lose a stone or two but nothing seems to work!
