Hi I have post infectious ibs after a bout of food poisoning last April, I'm trying a new regime I have 2 probiotic tablets daily and multivitamin, have gone completely gluten and dairy free, it's not perfect but it's definitely improved, just a thought might help peeps xx

My Dr at Cleveland recommended very highly the probiotics ALIGN as the best to take for us with digestve problems . Google it. I just order it from Amazon
