Just had a look at this and it seems to be a PDF download rather than either a physical or ebook.
I'd be very wary of anything that says it's a 'miracle cure' for IBS as I'm pretty sure there's no such thing. If it's about a special sort of diet you have to follow, then it isn't a cure at all, just a way of managing symptoms.

I don't think there's a 'cure' for IBS the symptoms have to be managed
Have you tried the FODMAP diet - it seems to work for a lot of people
Oh I wish I could 'cure' mine but it's impossible I'm afraid. I think like the rest of us we have to just manage it with what works for the individual. I manage mine with a low fat and low sugar (triggers for me) diet, probiotics and cider vinegar taken before meals, as I find that helps with low stomach acid and helps me digest food.
It can be possible to live without symptoms and get back to eating pretty much anything again. I had bad IBS for years and then pregnancy put an end to all my symptoms. After a few months being mindful of stress and eating a normal healthy diet, still have not had any flare ups.
Not saying that everyone should get pregnant, but that it is possible to get better
