IBS causes pain almost anywhere throughout your digestive system .

I have had the same problem. My Urologist found it when she ran some tests on me. She said I have a tense bladder. She sent me to a physical trainer who specializes in just pelvic issues. I have only gone to her for a short time; she has helped. Also look on line. Best to you!

Hard to tell. Have you used antibiotics lately? They can kill the good bacteria in digestive system and cause tummy pains.
