Bread recipe anybody?

Does anybody know a bread recipe that works which is both gluten-free and does not contain rice flour?

I just found this recipe recently for a nutty kind of bread. I've made it twice and quite like it. It's not great for sandwiches, but good with toppings.

You can tailor it to avoid FODMAPS which is nice. Of fiber bugs you though, I'd avoid it.

Yes, too much fibre does give me a problem, so perhaps not for me after all. I'm really looking for a plain bread recipe that's okay for sandwiches.

Thanks very much for this, however, almonds are a high FODMAP so a no-no for me unfortunately.
