Genius Bread recipe changed!

Oh no - I loved Genius Triple Seeded loaf but they have changed the recipe. It is now predominantly maize starch rather than tapioca and there are also other changes. In my opinion the "Improved" recipe doesn`t taste so good and the texture is not so good.

I`ve emailed them to complain - so far, no response
