Hi guys , So I need some Lacto free , Gluten free, Nut free recipes to be able to cook

I dont make much money so cheap is best

I Also Can not handle Hot/spicy foods

Please help if you can

Try GFE-gluten free easy on Facebook they have loads of good recipes which are not only gluten free but some are vegan and some lactose free etc

Have you heard of the scd diet? Google it and try. It makes sense and it can cure!
