Hi I definitely can't eat gluten free bread I think it is because of the xanthum gum type things in it

It depends on what I eat. If I have too many veg or potatoes. I find drinking one glass of laxido helps me go to the loo and the pain can subside.

Hi.

Yes I definitely have the same problems I totally understand how draining it is. It can be tricky to work out what food are triggers but hang on in there I promise you will get there...

I've been plagued by symptoms and dreadful painfor years. I thought I'd identified what I could/couldn't eat but sometimes I'm okay with certain foods eg a little dairy.. other times it causes lot of symptoms. I have Crohn's too and don't absorb my nutrition very well at all so I try not to eliminate food groups out of my diet because of that but have to be very careful as if I "overdo" something such as sugar or dairy I suffer bigtime.

I have found a lot of help from eating low fodmap, I have loads of recipes, tips and info from Pinterest there is loads of free information online. Maybe ask your gp to refer you to a dietician?

Also I found additives especially tjings in free from foods can sometimes aggravate my tum. The free from foods tend to have things in them to improve taste and texture which don't agree with my tum. On Pinterest I found a list of sweeteners which has been very helpful in knowing what to avoid if they are in the free from foods.

Hope I've been of some help

Take care x
