Serious bloating

Hello, I would appreciate your report. I have constant serious bloating even when I've not eaten. I look pregnant among other issues. I was diagnosed with ibs about 2 years ago after struggling with issues for over 2 years. [e-mail]

Have you done FODMAPS diet to try to eliminate foods which disagree with you?

Have you had any previous abdominal surgery as this can cause adhesions which, in turn, can cause severe bloating?

I have only had my gall bladder removed 2 years ago.

Hi there, I'm in the same boat. Currently trying peppermint oil capsules 3 times a day, cutting out dairy and gluten, and generally trying to eat healthier. A few days in and no change yet but guess these thing might take a while to kick in.

Then constant sore bloating even without eating is definitely a worry though

I take charcoal capsules for the bloating.x
