So I had a roast dinner last night. Skipped the gravy as I know that triggers my ibs-d. However one hour after I had severe diarrhea. Then had an unsettled stone for rest of the evening. I've woken up this morning with ridiculously loud stomach noises and movement, it's really uncomfortable. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to take that might help?

I always start with the smallest dose of whatever I try that has the least side effects. Clearly something you ate is a trigger, event he trigger you did not think you ate.

I start with Tums and or Pepcid Complete (One of the best things that works for me)

Then i move up, or just in the case of D symptoms - ride them out as they tend to pass if you can get it out of you.

I find too much veg with a roast will give me bad diarrhea.

As with fixit, too much veg also any kind of fat.

It's not necessarily too MUCH veg more the type of veg. Potato cRrot green beans parsnip turnip Ok but probably not peas cabbage cauliflower onions

Try peppermint tea or capsules

I would agree about the veg - cabbage and it's relations affect me

You could try Bisto gravy granules that come in a glass jar I can tolerate that
