Can any one help me. Bloating pain insomnia so much pain,,,,,????

Have you tried an exclusion diet of any sort. My main cause of bloating is gluten lactose and onions and soya. Once I got rid of those ( which also affect many other IBS sufferers). I now don't suffer from bloating at all and hence no pain either. I have had IBS for 28 years and never knew it was diet problem until I did the FODMAP diet using the Monash University app. Try it! I am 68.

Mebeverine works for me. I have just had a severe relapse and am going back on the mebeverine today. Saw my GP this morning, he agrees, back on the mebeverine.

I have to say though, tried most of these 'diets' and for me...waste of time. Just little food often is what my Consultant said.
