I have been taking the juice plus shakes to help me lose the weight I have gained through my IBS and it seems to be also helping my symptoms which I didn't expect!! Not sure if anyone else has tried this....also a good friend of mine also suffers with IBS and she has been taking the Juice Plus Capsules (their version of vitamins) and has not had a flare up since taking them!!! I tried these and I found they bloated my stomach but not sure if i gave it long enough really...has anyone else had any results from these products?
I know it wont help everyone but I thought it might be of interest. Let me know if you want anymore info on the products and I can get that for you.

I had a trial of these but had to abandon it after a few days. I suffer from hypoglycemia so trying to cut down or having certain diets do not work for me as my sugar levels plummet, which was the case here, unfortunately. It was a couple of years ago now, I can't remember if it helped my IBS or not. Sorry.
Thanks Anna, I have IBS D and find that I loss weight too quickly , I'm looking for something to help settle my tummy but not sure if this could help me?? Thanks Caz
I've just had a bad boat maybe a stomach bug but my usual IBS symptoms which I live with became unbearable with stomach and back cramps waking me in the night. I tried a couple of days on complan and bland food such as toast or scrambled egg. This seems to have really helped and my doctor said that giving your digestive track a bit of a rest can help.
That’s good to know, I feel like I need to detox my body...I just need to lose a stone and be healthy again it’s so frustrating x
Hi are the shakes ok to continue long term ? When I go on a liquid diet.. soups... shakes etc my symptoms go away but obviously get fed up of liquid only diets and end up introducing foods again... I also taking chlorella helps a lot with ibs symptoms xx
