Getting enough water?

Please read this article about hydration. The section at the end covers digestion. I personally always see good results when I increase my water intake. Takes a bit of training though if you're not keen on it. I squeeze half a fresh lemon into mine as a morning drink, around half an hour befor breakfast. Hope it helps foodmatters.tv/articles-1/a...

I should add, don't increase your intake all in one go, increase it gradually but don't overdo it. Listen to your body. Even a couple of glasses more can make you feel so much better

Hi Ellyrose,I've been doing your suggestion for years, and it makes no difference at all.

I have a glass of water with a slice of lemon by my side all day and I just keep topping it up. It's my main drink,I was also told if you drink water with a slice of lemon in it when you eat it helps you digest your food. No that don't work for me either.

All the same I do hope it works for you and anyone else.

Take care.

Oh sorry to hear that! I guess everyone's different but I will always keep my remedies as natural as possible.

I couldn't agree more. I do agree with you on water with a slice of lemon,I've just started my husband drinking it because he don't drink much and he suffers with a lot of headaches ,which have stopped since he started on water and lemon.
