Yes, Useing your meat juices and either your potatoe water or vegetable water,put them in with your meat juices,and add Sarsons Browning, and corn flour for thickening. None of them ingredients contain Fodmaps. That's going back to Grannies cooking.

If corn bugs your system you could also try arrowroot.
Depending what your problem is with gravy is you can often find gravy in the wheat free or allergy type section in the supermarkets.
Hi foxkennedy21, thanks for your reply. It is onion along with a few other FODMAPS that nearly all ready made gravies have, I am trying to avoid.
