Hi I suffer ibs take mebervine but stil av blood when I go toilet I do not av constipation I go toilet 3/4 times a day any advise is welcome ty last time I spoke to hospital doctor about 3 years ago he after test diagnosed ibs for same thing but he also said I av gallstones I don't want to go back doctors because I don't want to make a fuss

Toni you have every right to make a fuss, go back to GP you shouldn't be Haveing blood. I've had IBS for over 12yrs and I no you should not have blood, unless you've got bleeding piles,or your straining. Go back to GP that's what he's there for give him something to do. It's your right. Take Care

I can really understand your worry, so you really must go and get yourself out now. Please don't worry to much by putting things there that might not be,you will worry more not knowing. My love and Big Hugs go to you and your Mom x

Please go back to your doctor and have this checked out. Passing blood is not a symptom of IBS. It may be something quite simple, but it needs to be investigated and no, you are not making a fuss.

Can only say what the other 2 replies say - please go back to your GP and get the tests all done again
