I've suffered with IBS for 20 + years. When I stumbled across positive reviews about Garcia Cambodia, I became very hopeful. I bought a 30 day supply and was very disappointed. I just wonder if all of these so call folks who've experienced weight loss are suffers from IBS as well.

I was also disappointed it caused me to have stomach cramps so bad and painful constipation so now I tell people with ibs to be very cautious. Hope this helped

Thanks for your reply. I was hoping the results would be different but I guess not. Would be nice to have to not suffer. Holidays are the most difficult time of year for me. Sometimes it's better to not even eat much at all to avoid the consequences later.

Hi Jackie. I had that recommended to me also and it was waste of time. It did nothing, All the talk around that product about how good it is and TV adds make me sick.

Hey, I’ve taken Garcinia Cambogia on and off before and at this point I take a garcinia Cambogia supplement with green coffee extract. I don’t know if it is the green coffee or the garcinia Cambogia but since taking it my bowel movements have been restricted to the morning and the stools are more solid. (This is after not have a solid stool for an extended period). I am going to keep at it.

The stomach cramps are a thing, but often I find that these can be subverted. I start the morning with two cups of milky tea with honey before taking it. One also has to worry about headaches from taking garcinia Cambogia as it can have a dehydrating effect and I suspect that the weight loss that people see. Not that the changes to appetite are not valuable (they do help!). On the one hand, losing weight quickly in the beginning is a great motivation when you are starting to lose weight. If you know that it will slow down eventually and you will need different tools in your arsenal.
