I have bad IBS. I have frequent bowel movements up to 12 to 25 times a day. I also have to pass a lot of gas. My stomach always hurts. Seems like I live on the toilet. Can anyone give me advice?

Have you tried food intolerance tests.
Keep a food and bowel movement diary. Try cutting out one food group at a time, say, dairy, for at least three weeks and if no change go to another food group
Have you been diagnosed with IBS by a doctor and, if so, were you offered any tests, e.g. colonoscopy, bloods etc?
