Hi friends :)

Wondering if anyone can explain why "spelt wheat flour" is allowed on low fodmaps ???

It is an old fashioned wheat and a easier to digest x

It's lower in fructans than common wheat.

I've been told to try it too as it's an older more refined unbleached flour, just don't eat white flour products, the less bleached or refined or tampered with the wheat product the better it gets I think and the pure ones are dearer too!
