Does anyone have a problem with Palm oil my food diary is pointing to this being a problem for me

Hi there, I think its that the body cant cope with fat/oil of any kind, dont know your history but look up sphincter of oddi and see if it fits, doctors told me for 18 months I had ibs but it turns out to be SOD.

Maybe the symptoms don't match mine though. :(

It might contain antioxidants like most oils do. Preservatives are a problem for me even if they are natural !

Yes I have found if I eat anything containing palm oil or palm fat I get diarrhoea with about an hour of eating it I have found this out the hard way as did not realize how many good products it is in I do not get diarrhoea from eating food maintaining Palm

Yes I can’t touch it. 😕. Really makes me sick. And it’s in every dessert.
