See you doctor ASAP. Try Gas-X
Possibly trapped wind. I have had it all over the place, under my ribs up in my back and it is very painful. I once thought there was something really seriously wrong and it was trapped wind. I use a hot water bottle but sometimes it just moves it. Wind Settlers, Wind-eze may help.
