Does anyone think they may have a problem with grains? And if so what so you eat instead? (I'm already doing FODMAP diet and am lactose intolerant). FODMAP is not the complete answer.

what grains are you eating? rice is very easy, tapioca is good, almond flour is good. rye barley and wheat or things that add gluten are irritants. people lactose intolerant sometimes have problems with cassin

I'm eating mainly gluten free products and rice cereals.

Thank you - food for thought!

Rice is the safest grain. I can't tolerate gluten free products unless I make my own from rice flour inc bread. Preservatives in bought products may irritate your gut so best to avoid.

Do you have a source for a good recipe for bread from Rice Flour?

Try this recipe.

It's not really bread but it's the only substitue I've found that doesn't upset me.
