What's Constella?
Linzess in USA and Constella in Europe and available in uk on prescription specifically for constipation type IBS . No idea what meds are available in India but would think an Indian diet of spicy food and high FODMAPS might well be a challenge for an IBS sufferer in that continent though I am sure adaptions are possible just as they are in a western diet while some spices common to Indian cuisine may well be beneficial .
