icv corrective diet. I have been living with icv pain for along time now. Based on where the pain is my doc thinks it's icv issue.

I have been googling around and i see a huge list of food i shouldn't eat, but i don't see a list of food i should be eating. Can anyone provide me some sort of diet to help correct icv?
