what juice drink is advisable for having IBS? is decaf coffee allowed?

Definitely no 'juice drinks'(they are usually full of sugar and not good for anybody/anything) Drink plenty of water -peppermint/camomile tea -u can add honey if you don't like the taste.

Yes stay away from caffeine(/energy drinks have caffeine)-try small amount of decaf coffee if you really want coffee! Redbush tea is free of caffeine!I I never touch juice drinks-they are not in any way good for the gut!Wikipedia will probably give you more info on ibs- I use it regularly!

Sometimes you have to 'give up' what you love just to feel comfortable!

depends on what kind of IBS you have. IBS-C? probably one cup is OK. My stomach is OK and I need it. IBS-D? Maybe not.
