Hello Wear,

Sorry for the delay in responding, I hope you are feeling a bit better now as bone pain sounds agonising!?

It's very wise to be considering the best diet to support your recovery from TB - nutritious food plays an important part in helping you tolerate the medication and rebuild your strength.

You should be eating the following foods: plenty of vegetables, particularly dark green leafy ones such as broccoli and kale; fruit like oranges and figs; seafood, including salmon, sardines and shrimp; and eggs, cheese, milk and yoghurt.

As vitamin D can be difficult to get from food, you might also want to consider a supplement.

I hope this helps and you feel better soon,

Helen
