Zomacton

Haven’t offered much difference in trying again, except adding Zomacton and starting on Pergoveris 400 (which research shows is unlikely to make a difference). Has anyone had better outcomes with a different protocol? Or any particular clinics you could dm me about?

We changed our protocol from round 1 to round 2 to increase numbers and quality and added Zomacton (with Pergoveris and Fyremadel) and we had better numbers this time, but still just 1 blastocyst to test.

Hi We are about to embark on our 3rd embryo cycle and have a decision to make regarding using the growth hormone Zomacton. I turn 42 this week and have a low reserve.

I did a week of estrogen priming with provera in the previous luteal phase, then started Clomid on day 3 and Meriofert & Fostimon & Zomacton on alternating days. Today was my day 6 scan and I was so disappointed to discover that I have 1 lead follicle at 11mm and 6 less than 6mm.

Also, I have 1 Zomacton stored in the fridge, as it should be. And, Melatonin tablets, are still unopened. And, I have a few boxes of Unifine Pentips for the Ovaleap pen. All medication has been properly stored and I would love to send it to someone in need. Please DM me. Xx P. S.

I've been recommended zomacton 4mg every 4 days for 6 weeks before egg collection just wondering what others were recommended dosage wise? And also how much and where you got it? And most importantly did it help? Thanks

Hello, Does anyone have experience of using Zomacton (growth hormone)? I have been offered it as an option with my 3rd cycle. Dr says it's a personal choice and won't recommend either way.

They put me on low dose menopur and zomacton (I think only my clinic uses the latter, it's a growth hormone to help with quality I think). We were aiming for >15 eggs from this cycle and hopefully the same for my second.

Hi i'm currently planning for my 2nd frozen IVF cycle and and wanted to know if anyone with severe endo had taken Zomacton a grown hormone?

I have also had 2 additional doses of zomacton 1.5ml each time but it doesn't seem to have helped. I just want this stage over with now as I have a horrid head cold aswell which is making me feel even worse.

He suggested using one dose of 1.5ml of Zomacton, which is a growth hormone. He mentioned that the side effects were severe headaches. Has anyone else been prescribed this drug alongside merional and ovaleap? I have 4 follicles on my right and 6 follicles on the left ovary and are tiny.
