Hot Flashes!!!!!
I take supplements C, D3, B compounds,
Zinc
, Calcium, Magnesium oxide, Fish Oil. Other than the hot flashes I feel great, but they are really dragging me down. I haven't had a good nights sleep in months. My onc has suggested anti-depressants, but I'm really concerned about the side effects.

Nutritional deficiencies typically seen in ADHD/ADD need to be corrected to prevent a breakdown in the neurotransmitter communication and that means: fish oil, vitamin D3, testing for low iron, adding
zinc

Help for itchy, dry skin.
It's actually for horses but is a non-greasy cream with centrimide (bactericide) plus aloe vera,
zinc
, castor oil and tea-tree oil. Very soothing.

Some down to earth advice needed please!
I also take vits C, B and D and
zinc
. I did tell nurse about vits but have since started on the other supplements. I've honestly only just realised that in trying to help myself I could be stopping the MXT working.
