She said to do stretches for the neck and body pain, although she did prescribe to take one
Zanaflex
at bedtime. She said my symptoms are more from fear of having them than actually having them. Surely Menangitis is not that rare of a disease? Why are our doctors not more educated in this?

Need RLS Advice
I am on Requip and
Zanaflex
. Most times it helps but not for long. I try to take it before I go to bed, so I can get some relief and sleep. Recently it's gotten much worse. It not only affects my legs but my arms spasm too.

New- I finally found out what the main problem was
I remembered that I had
zanaflex
for neck pain. Awhile back. I was wondering if it would help the stenosis. I'm glad someone is taking it to see if it helps them. Please let me know how it works for anyone.

Daily muscle relaxer
My rheumatologist switched me from Flexeril to Tizanidine (
Zanaflex
), nightly. Does anyone have an opinion on which has the least side effects for long term use? I do have a sub-set of cluster migraines (TAC), I didn't ask him but I wonder if that's why he switched me, he didn't say why.

Locked leg muscles. Botox, anyone?
He has me taking
zanaflex
and valium. He's repeatedly spoke of Botox injections, however I am unable to find information of approval to use Botox injections in the Lower Extremities of adult lower extremities. This being due the size of the muscle mass affected.

Questions about lupus
I am on a cocktail of meds including plaquenil, quinacrine, topamax, buspirone, tramadol, Percocet, prednisone,
zanaflex
, and a baby aspirin everyday. I just find this ridiculous . I'm still in pain so this all doesn't seem to be working .

Suicidal, chronic pain, Pudendal Neuralgia, my story, and a question.
I was put on gabapentin, vicodin and
zanaflex
, which helped to a point. At least I didn't feel like screaming and crying all the time. A pain management doctor did an epidural(which accomplished nothing).
