Our friend LYN-PARZA
Side effects are low white counts and he had to stop
xgeva
for a while due to low calcium levels. We are scheduling blood work every 14 days to check to make sure he can stay on the 4 pills a day dosage. We are remaining very active and walking on this frozen tundra as much as possible.

Worst case scenario?
Then on my 4th treatment I received an
Xgeva
injection. The overall body ache was severe during that round and pain meds didn’t seem to help. My oncologist stated that the bone repair may have been overwhelming my body and causing the pain. We decided to hold off on another injection.

I took fasolex and
xgeva
for one month. Then Ibrance was added. The two together have shrunk my bone tumors. My BC has metastasized to my bones. Now I’m pain free and no fatigue Hopefully your mother will do great with it. Let me know

Constant leaky eyes , please help! Suffering for 2 years . I’m on Verzenio, faslodex, and Xgeva. Daily vitamins, any one else ? Remedy plz🙏
My eyes constantly leak either they’re filled with water, or they leak down my face constantly. I am so uncomfortable I can’t figure out which drug is causing it or which supplement is causing it. I’ve taken one out at a time and seen if it stopped and it doesn’t. Has this happened to anybody else and

Additionally, throughout the course of these treatments the management of skeletal-related events can easily be accomplished using denosumab (
Xgeva
) and zoledronic acid (Zometa). However, Sieber believes that the role cytotoxic agents play is still largely unclear."

Xgeva (denosumab) every 4 weeks vs 12 weeks?
After one year of Faslodex, Ibrance and
Xgeva
for various bone mets, my new oncologist is suggesting reducing
Xgeva
shots from 4 week to 12 week intervals.

Since being diagnosed with Mets to my bones, I’ve been on Fulvesant,
xgeva
and Ibrance. I have few side effects. I now have no pain and no fatigue. I’d love to hear from others with BC Mets to the bones! Hang in there everyone !

Teeth extraction while on xgeva
Had anybody had a tooth extraction while on
xgeva
for bones, I have one that is missing half of the top part. It happened last November but had to wait till now due to the holidays and finding a dentist that is accepting new patients.

Xgeva vs Zometa
Looking at clinical trials, it appears
Xgeva
has advantages. Has anyone else had luck with commercial insurance?

Problems with gas?
I'm on iBrance and letrozole (and with
Xgeva
every 3 months). Recently I went from being constipated/taking stool softeners to sometimes diarrhea and a lot of gas. It is worse at night. I burp and have it at the other end, too.

CA15-3 steadily rising
I am Ibrance/Faslodex/
Xgeva
for almost 2 years. Since July CA15-3 is rising. My latest bloodwork this week had it at 278. It is up by 84 from last month, last month was up 54. A very steady upward trend. I had CT scans in December and March that indicate stability in the bone mets.

According to PSMA PET Scan all metastases found are in bones; so after discussion with Oncologist about options, Xofigo (Radium-223) is next
My VA MO says that he will be adding either
Xgeva
or Zometa to prevent bone fractures. We decided to go this route because I have at least 3 bone metastases that are on my spine and could possibly cause spinal cord compression and paralysis later.

Femur fracture caused by Xgeva
I’ve been on
xgeva
for 6 years for bone Mets. Monday’s bone scan showed a new focal spot. This led to an X-ray of my femur. It appears I have an insufficiency fracture due to the prolong use of
xgeva
. My oncologist is stopping the
xgeva
. Anyone else experienced this? If so what replaced the

?

What Medicare Supplement Plan & Rx Plan Covers the Most Costs for MBC Patients?
I’m on IBrance , Faslodex &
Xgeva
. Based in Florida. I have contacted all the cancer centers to find out which insurance plans covers the high costs for MBC patients. None of them could help me. They told me to contact the insurance companies directly.

Hello Again
I have been on Erleada + Lupron +
Xgeva
for 3 years now. I can’t get it up. I have been single for about a decade. I don’t care for the bottom bunk. Now, I have found out I need to use a catheter to void my bladder.
