Stunned, scared, sad, but grateful and happy to be here!
Started Ibrance/Fulvestrant/
Xgeva
. First three month scans late Dec ‘21 showed amazing results. Everyone very happy. But started not feeling so great in Feb, including headaches. With six month scans last week, onc also ordered brain mri.

13 year Battle with Stage 4 PC
Then he was offered a clinical trial of zytiga + Predisone with
Xgeva
every 6 weeks. He was on this trial for a year until lymph node involvement made him ineligible. The oncologist offered the chemo Taxotere - he had 3 infusions and scans showed no improvement and significant weight loss.

Taking an OTC for immediate relief?
Can anyone tell me: I'm on Faslodex, Ibrance,
Xgeva
. I have a bacterial bladder infection (getting antibiotic today!). Does anyone know of any reasons to NOT take Uristat Ultra UTI Pain Relief Tablets until the pain and burning and continual urination stops?

Questions about recent scans
Started Lupron Nov. 2018,
Xgeva
1/2020. No other treatment, except numerous supps, cannabis, and off label meds. PSA has been under 1.0 since beginning treatment, except for a few months in mid 2020 where it doubled then halved again. Low point 0.5 in April 2021.

ONJ
My Oncologist would only allow me to have
Xgeva
for a year due to the risk of ONJ he said the risk increased greatly after a year on the treatment. So sorry for all your pain and side effects x

Adrenal Gland mets common?
Xtandi and
Xgeva
are the current treatments. This isn’t all that great news either…There appears to be involvement of nearly every vertebral body. As an example the entire vertebral body of L1 is sclerotic. There are partial sclerosis of the other vertebral bodies.

Has anyone used Dr. Gary Onik (Dr. Hope)? Want opinions.
Provenge,
Xgeva
, Lupron (now castrated for real since my dog said it was no big deal...and he was right). The last 8 years have been some party!

Good News after 8 months on Ibrance 125, fulvestrant and Xgeva.
Hi everyone Good news everything stable after latest scan and also oncologist happy that my pleural tumour has shrunk. She is leaving me to Feb 2022 for next scan. Lucky I’ve had minimum of side effects and able to work and play full time lol. I do think changing my diet has helped me to feel a lot

Zometa or Xgeva??
I had questioned my onco about some serious health incidents and asked if the
xgeva
could be a reason and she talked about infusions every three months of the zometa and said she would have a hard time changing
xgeva
to every three months from every month. I wonder if that what political?

New here but have a question
Been doing well on ibrance, letrozole and
xgeva
and my 3 month scans are in 1 week. Yesterday on 2 occasions my left leg had an acute pain episode, like it was being stabbed ( not that I know what that is like tbh)....it was short lived and went away. Today I'm feeling twinge.

xofigo treatment
He will be taking his 5th treatment tomorrow, in addition to Lupron and
Xgeva
(every three months). His PSA continues to increase - when he started the treatment 4 months ago it was 56. As of yesterday, it is now up to 385. Does this mean the treatment is not working?

Can too much denosumab cause heart problems?
Upon receiving first chemo treatment on 7/19, he was also given a one month injection of
Xgeva
, although he was not due for any injection until October 1. Could this be the cause of newly diagnosed heart problems?

Scans are Stable!
Am on Ibrance and Faslodex with quarterly
Xgeva
shots. Slight uptick in Cancer Antigen. Nothing dramatic but my oncologist wanted scans to confirm all was well. Had CT and Bone Scan. All stable with slight improvement overall.

Reply to Roger
If this becomes an issue I would get monthly injections of
Xgeva
. Very expensive but on my supplemental medical plan. I hope this encourages you Roger. God bless you and keep you. Rick

PSA not dropping
Had anybody encountered this or is it just me being weird, taking the arbitrone one hour or more before my breakfast 1000, My scans showed no new Mets, on
xgeva
and tamulsin for BHP, any assessment will be helpful. Will it keep going at .1 a month or is that normal with arbitrone.
