Incontinence with a prostate
Hey Gents, In January 2019 after my PC was defined as nmCRPC I started a regimen of Erleada/Lupron/
Xgeva
. In October 2019, I switched out the Erleada/apalutamide with Nubeqa/darolutamide. With Nubeqa I noticed I had much more frequency and I was urinating in bed.

10 years older, on Lupron +
Xgeva
+ Abiraterone + others, and not quite 7 months since my last chemo infusion. Not my fastest ever half marathon, but not my slowest either. For those who are newly diagnosed, don't lose hope. There's every chance treatment will work fantastically well!

Great news to share!
is the plan going forward (until his PSA starts to rise on 2 consecutive blood tests and/or metastases show up on one or both scans in the future): •Bloodwork/PSA checked every 3 months •Continuation of Lupron (Androgen Deprivation Therapy so he has zero testosterone) with shots every 3 months •

Peripheral neuropathy
I am on my 6th cycle of 125 mg IBrance, monthly Faslodex shots &
Xgeva
shots (every 3 mos). I am experiencing intense Peripheral neuropathy in my fingers & toes. I know it is a result of toxins.

New to site. Looking for side effects of Xofigo.
Currently on Eligard and
Xgeva
. Just finishing 3 weeks of radiation on lumbar area of spine. Have been on Zytiga and Prednisone, Xtandi. Terrible side effects while on Xtandi so they stopped it 3 months ago. Will soon be going on Xofigo and am concerned about the side effects.

Memory loss on steroids
Casodex,
Xgeva
and E-2 patches. My question is about the side effects of ADT. I have minor SE's related to hot flashes, fatigue, cold sweats, anxiety and other symptoms common to many here but boy, do I make up for that by the horrendous memory loss that I attribute to ADT.

Prolia=Exgeva ???
Xgeva
is much newer and specific to males. My question is as follows: Is a single 6 month infusion of Prolia=6 months of
Xgeva
infusions for effectiveness ???? Took note that once on Prolia,
Xgeva
is OUT for subsequent infusions. Concerned about overall effectiveness of Prolia versus
Xgeva
.

Introduction
I was dragging my heals on
Xgeva
but will probably begin shots soon. I decided to retire and am almost done with all my work obligations. This has been very helpful because I honestly don’t think I could have kept my frantic stressful pace. Having said that, I am sorely missing the income.

Prolia question?
At that point he would then use
Xgeva
. Prior to that point he feels the every 6 month dose of Prolia is sufficient. I can't find any supportive data on the use of Prolia in metastatic patients. Is this a rational approach? I am currently osteopenic with a BMD lumbar score of -1.

My Bone Scans
Had my
