Vagus nerve stimulation (VNS)

My daughter has epilepsy and as part of her management she has a VNS device. She is currently still at school and as part of her GCSE course she has been given the opportunity to participate in a parenting simulation project.

I’m out of things to try and feeling very desperate . Does anyone have any experience with either of these treatments? I’m truly suffering and I’m not sure how much more I can take. I’ve tried so many medications and alternative therapies I’m very lonley and I’m worried my depression will never stop.

Has anyone yet forked out £600 to see if the Nurosym Vagus Nerve Stimulation device helps reduce their RLS or depression/anxiety? My RLS is completely controlled but I'd be interested in trying it for my MS fatigue and brain fog. There was a 2023 study on 15 RLS patients and vagus nerve stimulation.
