I was so scared of taking Paclitaxol chemo, but it has been ok.
Hello, I had a mastectomy in April this year with additional removal of 6 lymph nodes. One aggregate deposit of .5, so my surgeon sent me to an oncologist for “possible radiotherapy and hormone treatment.” I am Triple Negative grade 3 stage 3. You cannot imagine the shock when she laid out her plans

Radiation
My MBC is to the hip bone. Just wondering if others have had problems with healing radiation burns. I had 15 radiation treatments which finished on Oct. 9th. Now, 6 weeks later, though mostly healed, there are 2 or 3 open sores that just won't heal or they heal over and get opened again. I have large

Are supplements worth it?
My oh fathered 2 children during his marriage before his
vasectomy
. I'm also scared could my low blood pressure and poor circulation be the cause of implantation failure during my last cycle. I'm really small at 5'2 and 49kg.

Your thoughts - treatment plan
All, thanks for all of your support and information on prior posts. This one is a little long... I wanted to run a treatment plan past you for thoughts. I have Intermediate-favorable prostate cancer. I am in the NYC area and will seek treatment locally. Three PSA scores were 2.4 in 2018, 3.4 in 2019,

Are there alternatives to an epididymectomy?
I had a
vasectomy
in November 2018. The pain started up again 5 weeks ago. I'm on both medicines. The doc mentioned an epididymectomy. I'm wondering about the procedure and any alternatives .

Thoughts on IVF success?
My OH has 2 children from his marriage then had a
vasectomy
. He has since had it reversed which has been successful in terms of count but motility only to improve with time. I've never had children. All my blood test results have been awesome.

No Sperm after Vasectomy Reversal!
Hi all, I am new here, my partner had his VR at end of April and his semen analysis at start of the month. We got the results last week as Negative, no sperm present :( and the surgeon advised we have a second sperm analysis in 6 weeks, this is now booked for end of September. We are obviously gutted

New cancer vaccine trial helped kill breast cancer cells in Mayo patient (October 10, 2019 news item)
[Fellow travelers, this sounds a lot like Provenge. But instead of waiting over a weekend for the white blood cells to be returned from a lab in Atlanta or Seal Beach, CA, this article says the "shot is made right there, on the spot." Indeed, our adv. PCa future is likely tied up in the development

Implant and reduction/lift surgery while on Ibrance
I have Mets to bones’ ER PR positive HER negative. My oncologist wants to keep me on Ibrance even though I’m having my implant exchange on the mastectomy side and a lift/ reduction on healthy breast to match. Has anyone stayed on Ibrance before, during and after surgery? I’m concerned with healing.
