No more Calcium supplements
Having done quite a bit of research on the effectiveness of calcium supplements in improving bone health, I discovered that the thinking around this is changing. The John Hopkins medical Centre and ROS both advise that calcium is always better absorbed from natural food sources rather than supplements

Diazepam (Valium) ARE YOU ADDICTED or having trouble coming off them? If so then read on?
Your body after only a few constant weeks of taking regular medication becomes accustomed to the
Valium
very easily and with a daily regular dosage intake you can quite easily become involuntarily addicted without even knowing it.

Time to Cut Glycine from my Stack? (this would include GlyNAC)

Hello everyone. I was diagnosed with Lupus 8 months ago. It was a completely traumatizing exhausting journey until i finally able to get a proper diagnosis and a proper test. Some questions answered, some answers questioned, and Chemotherapy scheduled.
I exchanged emails with the MO over the weekend regarding the combination trials of Docetaxel and Radium 223. Below is a portion of the exchange. Part 1 explains why there was no treatment for 90 days. Part 2 the Medical Oncologist paragraph talks about his familiarity with the Docetaxel/Radium 223

Thursday 9/9/2021 was D for Decision Day--Locked and Loaded for Chemotherapy
I met with the oncologist and ran through my agenda efficiently. He was patient and spent a reasonable amount of time answering questions. As time went on, he suggested that the top 2 options, for the moment, were chemotherapy and radium 223. The oncologist said there isn’t a rush to begin, with no evidence
