Estrogen
Luckily there were no cancer cells [ my mother died of cervical cancer so I was concerned ] I am now being treated with Estrogen [
Vagifem
] I'm also having a flare of GCA/PMR is it the treatment ? I wonder if the onset of the menopause can cause PMR/GCA in some women ?

Pudendal Neuralgia?
The first doctor thought it might be diverticulosis and sent me away with some antibiotics, the second thought 'vaginal atrophy' and gave me some
Vagifem
(symptoms do seem to have eased since), the pelvic and transvaginal ultrasounds failed to find the usual suspects - ie fibroids, endometriosis, cysts

Why not transdermal T3? Works with HRT!
And why stop there, I've also used
vagifem
(a little pill) and menoring for HRT. Why not Thyroid? (wouldn't work for men <g>) Has anyone tried this? Is there any history on this? If Big Pharma made this, would you use it? Just thinking . . .
