Low wbc with Spleenomegally and aih, pbc along with scleroderma and Lupus
For the itching my doc recommends I take Cymbalta with
Urso
and Cholestyramine powder together and it works pretty well. The powder u need to take it 1 hour before meds or 4 hours after meds. I am currently on the liver transplant list.

Starting taking
Urso

From Gastro to Hepatologist
He wants to send me to a Hepatologist because my ALP doesn't to seem to be changing and I am on
Urso
and Ocaliva. I stay very fatigued and the itch is not much better. He also wants me to have a colonoscopy because of the polyps he found during the upper scope, he said it would be best to check.

Anyone who attends Kngs College Hepatology.
This was no easy task and I almost gave up and had decided to just keep taking the
Urso
and get on with life. Then my sensible brain kicked in!

Hi there... im actually wondering what does happen if you stopped taking
urso
? I have done this. I can't say I feel worse.. Came up as secondary thought when talking to the doctor about meds. I haven't been back in a while. Might be a good idea to ask... Tris

Should be Sceptical with OCA?
She said
Urso
is relatively safer because it's in use since about 20 years or so. But Oca is new she said....who knows may be it can cause serious consequences like cancer etc. And I started reading around, searching whatever I can find.

Hello I'm new! Bit confused about ALP and imaging options..
Started
Urso
in 2012 when LFT's were slightly raised, but year or so later they became pretty normal. I struggle with fatigue, which ends my day at about 5pm, when I have to rest in bed. Mornings are okay. I have itching but it's difficult to distinguish from another A/I condition.

Urso results
Hi, I've been taking
urso
now for three weeks and had my first blood test today. All my lft results were cut in half, but still not normal. I thought this was quite positive, but was told not to get my hopes up and the real test would be at 3 months. So now I wait.
