Help joining the dots please?
I've also just paid to have an Organix test done - which interestingly shows that my Amino Acid levels are on the whole 'very low', particularly it flagged up
Tyrosine
which I know is linked to Thyroid hormones.

should I wait to see an endocrinologist?
I currently have some symptoms of hypothyroidism ( severe eyebrow loss, hair loss, weight gain) but have been taking supplements including a B complex and L
Tyrosine
which appear to help the mood swings and improve my energy levels.

Musculosceletal pain even after TKI treatment
This article was about another TKI imatinib, but it is worth noting here since it seems to occur in 30% of patients: [i]Discontinuation of therapy is being explored in patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) who experience deep molecular responses after treatment with a
tyrosine
kinase inhibitor

Does anyone know if you can get Tirosint in the u.k?
My quest for gluten and lactose free thyroxine continues. I saw Tirosint mentioned in a post on this forum. I have never heard of it, but have just googled it and is says it is gluten and lactose free, but seems to be American. Does anyone know if you can get it here in the U.K? Thanks

Levo not working
Hi everyone, I am new here and to be honest not really sure on how these systems work so bare with me if I seem a bit stupid on here! I have been on levo for 12 years now and been ill since the day I started. I have ended up being diagnosed as CFS/MS, Fibro and Arthritis, yet I was a picture of health

Road from Research to Clinic: Could New CLL Treatments Be Available Soon? (Patient Power Interviews Dr Jeff Sharman at ASH2013)
Sharman provides an update about where we stand with recent approvals and emerging approaches--including monoclonal antibodies, combination therapies and BTK (Bruton's
tyrosine
kinase) inhibitors--and how these advances could impact survival.

T4 Has A Use Besides Being A Pro-hormone, Who Knew
The MTHFR snp can cause thyroid issues due to lower biopterin recycling which causes decreased
tyrosine
levels and thus thyroid hormones." It never gets any simpler. We are one complicated little bio-physics, bio-chemistry machine. PR

Early use of Ibrutinib or is W&W still a needed strategy?
The following questions need to be considered if not answered and for which we need more time to gather appropriate data. 1) Ibrutinib in use today permanently and irreversibly blocks both BTK (Bruton's
Tyrosine
Kinase) and ITK (Interleukin 2 Inducible T-cell Kinase) for given cells on a daily basis

Tirosint
Has anyone any experience with medications that are in liquid form or liquitab form?! I've read of Tirosint and also Eltoxin liquid. There may be another topic on this but I don't seem to be able to navigate these boards too well ... Has anyone any success stories on these products.

Every since generic levo I have been struggling. Can anyone help me!
Since starting gnereic levo four months ago, I have had a tremendous amount of reactions. I did not think nothing of it the first two months because I thought it was part of the process. Anyway within a half hour of taking it I would feel like my head was in a cloud, disoriented, spaced out, and tiered

Has anyone tried or heard of tirosing. It is a liquid t4 with no fillers. For the past four months now I have been trying to increase my 25 levo to small incriments. I have felt lousy on it the whole time. Every time I try an increase of even 12.5 once a week, I get dizzy and nervous. My tsh is still
